Horrible service. Bus was scheduled to leave at 4:30am. It left approximately 10:00am. I missed most appointments in Dayton that would have prepared me for a 6:00pm wedding. Now I don't have transportation since I'm arriving so late. Greyhound should be more responsible and accountable. They told us so many different reasons why the bus was delayed and finally settled on they couldn't find a driver. PATHETIC. I need to be compensated for the 60.00 additional expense I am out of.

Not only was every employee rude, but I was propositioned for money by a member of the staff! The Columbus hub was much worse and I was told my bus was on a “delay”. So I paid 107 dollars for an uber to Dayton. I will never travel greyhound again and I will do everything in my power to make sure no one else I know or even don’t know does either. That was a horrible exp and from what I saw in the indifference of your staff and the people in the terminal, it’s common place. Good luck
