The most horrible travel experience in my life. I’m currently still in Pittsburgh and my original transfer time to Washington, D.C. was 6:00am and the current time is 6:43pm. Almost 13 hours of delay, poor communication, rude customer service, and unclean facilities.

We leave Cincinnati on time, but they abandoned us(me) in Knoxville, bus no driver, I lost all day in the same place. Till now, in the time I'm sending this email, the new bus with me are leaving Asheville just now. Tomorrow, Tuesday 08/11/21, I will be very late, in French Embassy in Washington DC to my Visa appointment. I'm very disappointed. I don't how to get Washington DC on time according the bus schedule I booked. Very sorry.
