The seats are large and comfy and with good leg room.
There was a movie from departure at 9pm, and when it ended the screen was turned off and there was no music (I had read in previous reviews that there would be music blasting all night long).
I had read on previous reviews that the air condition would be extremely cold. Because of this I had brought layers of layers of clothes - and I needed all of it!
The bus driver was extremely helpful, both when I got to the terminal in Cartagena and in Bucaramanga as he helped me get on the next bus.
If not for the waaaay to cold air condition I would have given five stars.
