The bus and journey wasn't bad but it was the less good night bus I had in all my trip in latin America. Beyond the fact that the departure was late, that was the first time I was in a bus that never ever stop. No opportunity to stretch your legs or just get a break but I've been woke up twice by the police searching for drugs with dogs. So not bad but why can't we have a 10min stops?

I was anxious about taking thr bus because I dont speak Spanish. However, the process of printing the tickets and being guided to my bus was well handled by the staff at Expreso Palmira in Cali. The bus was clean but there was no toliet paper in the bathroom on the bus. The bus was comfortable but there were times the drivers scared me with the speed around really curvy mountains. I arrived safely but almost 2 hours behind schedule. I would take the bus again but also maybe not.
