Horrible exchange service, was not able to exchange my bus ticket, even though it said free exchanges within 2 hours of departure. Tried calling them, didn't resolve anything, and the bus caught on fire, had to change around through two buses and lost two hours total.

I did not understand the need of changing the bus. That was very inconvienent especially that there was no place to put the luggage even thought we were one of the first passangers in the bus. Also nobody bothered to help us to find a place. After changing the bus few people realised that they didnt have their seats because it was taken. So were ours. We had to stand in the bus and wait for some people to change their seats.
