My Burlington bus en route was delayed by over an hour due to an on road traffic accident and because of this delay I missed my transfer Amtrak trip from Albany to Syracuse and as a result had to pay an Uber $300 to get to Syracuse. I'm extremely disappointed and would like compensation for this. When I spoke to Amtrak upon having gotten there they simply just refunded a portion of my ticket which is insufficient
