The driver was the ultimate professional, smooth and gentle driving allowing for a pleasant relaxing ride. The Wi-fi however did no5 work for me.

The bus docked 20 minutes later than departure; on boarding I realised that I must have dropped the printout of the ticket in the food hall; when I checked at the Greyhound ticket office the staff just told me to queue up at the counter; however it later turned out my ticket had been handed in, and the member of staff had not communicated with the gate or driver. One of the staff behind the counter as very helpful and did help me to print a new one, but too late - I missed the bus. I bought a new ticket for the later bus, at 2 PM, but at 2:15 PM they told us it was overbooked, and had to call for a second bus, saying it would be 45 minutes, whereas the second bus came at 4 PM, and I got to Montpelier at 8:15 PM.
