I payed extra for the insurance to cover my trip.
Unfortunately the plain was late and I missed my connection. I spoke to another driver whom did not seem to know when the next bus was and also told I would have to buy new ticket. I explained I had paid for insurance to cover any unfortunate delays. All I got was a shrug of shoulders and said I got no idea of time of next bus not my problem. So I ended up paying £55 for a taxi not a happy customer!
