National Express Bath Heathrow recent customer reviews
I enjoyed the comfort of the coach - the seating, leg room and storage facilities were good.
I didn't enjoy having to search for which bus "gate" that my coach was supposed to be at - the ticket didn't state, and the display boards did not have the coach number nor the destination on it.

Unfortunately the driver arrived 30 minutes late, the previous driver was still in the bus but offered no explanation or help to aid the late loading. Several passengers chose to call taxis as they we’re concerned about missing flights. Once enroute the driver said we would still arrive on time as traffic was light. We arrived 45 minutes late. Passengers hoping to get there bags off quickly were told they could wait patiently or leave them behind. Luckily we weren’t in a rush but we felt bad for the lack of help to those who were. Quite disappointing.
