Dallas Greyhound Staff are very rude, very unprofessional, and overall just unhappy to be working where they are. Fire them ALL and start OVER before they instigate a fight with a customer. Every time I arrive in Dallas, the staff is arguing with someone. It leaves everyone feeling unsafe, and makes it impossible to relax. This is not a coincidence, I have experienced this upwards of 10 times.
