The information on the website about the duration of the journey is totally misleading. It is not 6h50min. It took us 9 hours to get to Bogota and we left Armenia late too. Please correct this information online
Users have reported that the bus service is generally comfortable and clean, with careful and friendly drivers ensuring a pleasant journey. There was an appreciation for nice stops along the route as well. Some users noted minor inconveniences such as not being able to select seats during booking or encountering road construction delays, but these did not significantly impact their overall experience.
Driver talking to a friend and playing music in the middle of the night constantly. Accelerating and decelerating harshly making it uncomfortable to sleep. Also beeping the horn numerous times during the night unnecessarily.

Uncomfortable, too cold but the worst is the way of driving, too fast too dangerous (80km/h in the city, 55km/h in the roundabout, more than 100km/h in the road (not Highway !) never again .

While the seats were comfortable and roomy, the air conditioning was uncomfortably cold and the condensation from the air conditioner leaked heavily on passengers. We had to move seats several times to avoid getting soaked.
