The driver was super professional and informative making us aware of upcoming stops, what's available at the stops, time limits, and reminding passengers of the bus route depending on their itinerary. He was also very strict in keeping of the COVID requirements to guarantee everyone's safety. I couldn't have asked for a better driver as a first timer on Greyhound.
