⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic experience traveling with Brightline! From the moment I stepped into the station, everything was clean, modern, and well-organized. The train itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with spacious seating and a quiet, smooth ride that made the journey truly enjoyable. What really stood out to me was the staff—every person I interacted with was professional, courteous, and genuinely friendly. They made the process so easy and welcoming, from check-in to onboard service. Brightline is definitely setting a new standard for train travel in Florida. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fast, relaxing, and premier-class travel experience!

Not conducive to the elderly. Stops are too small. The stations are not labeled properly

It was my first trip on Bright Line. The staff at the Fort Lauderdale station answered all of my questions and put me at ease. I enjoyed the ride and will definitely travel with Bright Line again.

Awful. I left over an hour early and I live only 15 miles from the train station. I tried over 20 parking lots at the airport after the parking garage and all surrounding parking areas were blocked off and full with no where else to turn except home. Had I been aware and notified of the holiday week long radius of unavailable parking to the extent of no spots within 5 miles then I could have taken an uber and been dropped off. There needs to be more communication through the Brightline text alerts and notifications to warn people they cannot park anywhere near the train station due to full capacity parking during this season. It’s also ridiculous to let long term airport parking supersede those who’re parking at the train station’s adjacent garage that was intended for Brightline passengers. I will never be taking this again and sadly never got to ride this awesome service because despite the train hadn’t yet even left with no where for me to park, there was no functionality on the app or in person to let me take the train an hour later while I drove back home to then uber back since there was no parking available for those who took the Brightline, and with no warning. So I lost $85 bc of poor communication and the app’s departure screen for this trip failing to give me an option to change or modify my reservation. I searched the help pages and his was before the train departed and I was frantically rushing to move my ticket to the next train time at 2:30. I won’t be recommending the Brightline to anyone and sadly won’t ever get to ride it.

They moved the departure time and never sent an updated ticket.
