First of all, in the booking site I put in Noordhover and my tickets ending up being to and from Violsdrif in the wrong side of the border. Since I am not from Namibia I did not notice this until we spoke with the driver upon getting in the bus. Apparently we had to change our bus and pay 300rand extra even though our stop was closer not further and it was the stop we requested on the site in the first place. All Intercape staff were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. Including eye rolls from the very beginning of interactions (before we even knew about the mix up in our tickets)and continuing to being dismissive toward the end. They were also rude to each other in front of customers. Our bus was supposed to arrive in Violsdrif at 11 pm but it arrived at the Engen gas station on the Namibian side of the border, already far passed Violsdrif by 9:30 pm. Luckily we saw the bus as we were passing by to the border post or we would not have caught it at all. We were not satisfied with the service of the intervale bus company at all!
