My seat was broken….. it wouldn’t stay upright. The coach driver was by far and away the rudest coach driver I have ever encountered (Luke). He did not want to answer a basic question and responded by telling me that I was being pedantic n asking the question. I picked this form of travel because of the rail strike but I would not use National Express again…… I would alter my plans instead so as to take the train.
