The bus to Bogota should have departured at 7.30am but was 1 hour late. We couldn't even ask because the office only opened at 7:55am. Also, our seats were super dirty and there was a lot of garbage. Also, the wifi is pretty bad.

Very bad organized. Not friendly. The busdrifer was reckless. He was videocalling with his girlfriend (fighting) fighting with other drivers, eating, smoking, drinking, no facemask, loud music.. He didn't care about driving the bus. He was more busy with his own things..
