I know it wasn't the driver's fault that there was an accident that delayed us for two hours. However he seemed to lack the necessity to be in a hurry to get us to our terminal in time for our flight. He carried on a conversation with another driver at Terminal 5 for example. I just barely made my flight.

dissappointed there was no bus around midday from Salisbury to Heathrow as I had to kill alot of time from arriving at around 11 am to flight departure at 6pm
