Satisfied with the driving and drivers attitude, however felt bad because we arrived behind schedule 25mins late. M4 highway was said to have been closed and the driver chose a longer route. Was a bit anxious because my appointment was at 12.30 and we arrived at 11.55 or thereabouts and have to catch a taxi or another bus to my destination. My legs were feeling cold ,expected the driver to turn on the heater.
