The bus was constantly beeping loudly alarming that the driver was going over the speed limit. Every 2 minutes a loud beep, just insane. I don’t need to be alerted, the driver does. Very annoying and I am now afraid to go on the 4 hour trip from Paracas to Lima with the same company.

The seats were extremely comfortable. They could fully recline and had a lot of leg room. Temperature on the bus was good. Despite a language barrier between us and the staff in the terminals (us not speaking great Spanish and them not speaking great English), they still managed to help us drop our bags off in the right place and go to the right gate. The only criticism we have is that our bags came out of the bus very dirty, but that cannot be helped too much.

Cruz del Sur was very good on our first trip from Puno to Cusco. On the Ica/Paracas trip it was late. It would have been good to have had an announcement to give us an update as to what was going on, why it was late and when it was expected to leave. We just sat there wondering what was happening. The trip itself was comfortable.
