We were disappointed to be unable to use our bus tickets. Our flight was late so we missed to bus we had booked. We were offered a transfer for £5 to s much later bus. However, this timing was unsuitable. We enquires about other options from Heathrow to Salisbury and were told that there were none. So we paid for new tickets to Reading (with s different bus company) then for a train to Salisbury. However, we have since discovered that we could have gone via Woking using a National Express bus and then a train. The staff at the airport did not provide us with this option. They also did not help us to book the bus to Reading even though the machines to do this were just next to the NE office. It was another traveller who told us what to do.
