Bus Tickets from Cusco to Copacabana (La Paz Department), BO

We were two hours delayed, and the heater was super high which made me feel very uncomfortable. Also the communication about the border control could have been better, i had no idea we had to wait outside, and i didnt bring my coat from the bus. Positive: nice big chairs.

Awesome. Customer is very potentially Seat is pretty comfortable. And I thought no transfer Directly copacapana. But we needed transfer. So good !

The chairs reclined quite far back which was nice. The staff spoke some English which was helpful. The toilet was disgusting. The smell was terrible. The heating was on all night which made it unbearable. We eventually got it turned off but it was too late. The bus was delayed 4 hours which may have not been the fault of the company but nevertheless it didn't help the experiance. Also my wife was asked to bring her chair up by the staff as the man behind was uncomfortable. I don't think this is acceptable on a 10 hour or what turned out to be 14 hour bus journey.

Got swapped to a poor bus with no notice and then the bus did not go all the way to the destination as promised. We had to do the last 3 hours in a crammed minibus with bags on our laps.

5 of us got dropped off told to change bus. There was no bus. We ended up being put into a taxi who brought us to the border. And on the other side we got a collectivo to get to copacabana. This was never mentioned previously and seemed extremely unorganised.
