Terrible, the roads were cut and they abandoned us with all our bagagge to go to another bus that was supposed to be 30 min walking and it was almost 50 minutes carrying heavy backpacks. After that, the bus didn t have sites for everyone so more than 10 people made a +2h trip sitting on the floor. At 95km from La Paz the second bus decided to stop and not go further leaving us completly abandoned again. We had to pay more than the price of the bus extra for someone to take us to La Paz

Really poor, bus was changed the day before, no response from the company! Eventually put onto another service, cramped minibus dropping us miles from our destination!

We took the bus atamaca to Uyuni as this is the only bus company that does the route. However I will never use this company again. I strongly recommend using an alternative perhaps the Denomades direct shuttle service between Uyuni and SPdA, or multi day salt flat tour which picks up or returns to Uyuni/SpdA. We arrived at the bus stop at 03:30am the bus driver appeared and told us the bus was broken and we could sit on the bus until 7/8am. The bus was FREEZING. 1 degree temperatures and the door was open for safety. The bus was disgusting, rubbish everywhere, unclean, it smelt of wee. It was a horrendous 5 hours until the sun came up and warmed us up. There was NO apology. This is unacceptable and inhumane!!! The bus company would have known the battery was dead the night before, he could have made a WhatsApp group with the 7 people on the bus and told us not to arrive until 8am. We eventually left at 11:30am. The journey was smooth despite being on a filthy bus. However no AC. Avoid at all costs.
