The bus was really late, nobody gave us an explanation or apology. Later the bus broke down, and nobody explained what was going on. In the end, we were 5 hours late to Sao Paulo, and nowhere along the ride was there any apology for what was happening. We were very disappointed.

Our bus broke down. We then got on another one. Didn’t have the seats we originally booked. Then had to change to another bus where we also lost the seats we had booked. We missed our bus to Parati so are having to wait until 16:00 for the next one.
