I couldn’t give my honest review as my bus was changed to another company which wasn’t bad at all but I think red coach was more comfortable than this bus! But other than that the service was nice, very smooth ride and good timing as well

The driver was horribly mean to me. I have a broken leg and arm and she did not let me sit in the handicap seating and threatened to kick me off the bus for using my headphones 3 times. Very unprofessional
