We arrived at the “bus station” and there was no bus to be found, we put in the location provided on our ticket but instead arrived at some shops on the side of the road, meaning we missed our bus as we didn’t know how to locate it, very complicated and annoying process which meant we had to spend more money on a ticket from another bus company, very disappointing.

The guy in the waiting room does not speak english at all.
The waiting room is dirty and full of stuff.
Also, there is no wi-fi.
The most dissapointing, however, is that the ticket stated clearly, that the bus departs from Mexico city at 9:00 PM.
However, it had just arrived there at 10:50 PM, and moreover made another stop later in Mexico at 11:10 PM.
So rather than hurrying up to 9:00, I could have easily come by 11:10 and to a different station...
Users have shared positive experiences with the bus service, highlighting comfortable seating and modern buses equipped with personal entertainment screens and USB sockets. Futura Mexico City Guadalajara recent customer reviews
The trip was so relaxing, restful. It was non-stop. The scenery was absolutely beautiful. The ride was smooth. The bus did not seem overcrowded although more or less full. The internet connection was helpful and good. We will soon be going back to Mexico City and likely do it the exact same way we did this time: go by plane and return via Futura on the exact same time which was 10:00 am to 5:40 pm.

Elite Select Mexico City Guadalajara recent customer reviews
4am bus never arrived 😒 No one told me anything about it ir why it didn't come. Lucky a couple helped me get on the next 6am bus, which the company, Elite wanted to charge me for AGAIN but this couple talked them out of it. I ended up missing all the appointments I had booked in the next city, as the 6am bus was 1 hour late too. Awful experience.

It got incredibly cold for the last 3h of the ride. The man next to me had a winter coat on. I didn't have one. And the seats were really cramped. But making a bus this cold is basic body needs!
