For the first time that I booked a ticket, it was a great deception. I came one minute later the bus were leaving in front of me, I please the customer service to rebook my ticket to the next bus nobody could assist,y wide and I we lost $300.00 just like that. For a first experience it was a great great dissatisfaction.

The staff in Quebec were fantastic, allowing us to board the train a few minutes late as our bus to the station was late, however the total journey was delayed by an hour and 20 minutes.
