Find the cheapest tickets from New Haven to South Station

Driver was excellent. Person at Union Station was late so driver left New Haven late.

the bus driver got on to the bus and began by saying that we are going to take 7 hours to reach boston i hated since i had meetings and people to meet

My first bus was three hours late which made me miss my second bus. They did not provide replacement of the second bus and couldn’t tell us if there was one coming or not. We got to Boston only because a Bolt bus driver was nice enough to let us on his bus.

There was some confusion as to the actual pickup spot , but the driver was confident and friendly. I would have liked a better link as to the progress of the bus as it was fairly lste , no doubt due to the heavy HEAVY holiday traffic. We were finally an hour and a half late , but it was bumper to bumper , and still a comfortable ride.

Thr bus was very late !

First bus didn't have air from new haven to Hartford and the second bus from Hartford to Boston didn't have working power outlets

Bus got there 2 hours late and without any explanations or apologies.

None of the charger ports worked on either bus

I waited over an hour and a half for my train and then when I finally got on the train I waited even longer for the train to start moving and there was no indication from the conductor of when the train would start moving.

On time; comfortable seats

Big delay, and poor information about boarding
