ScotRail User Reviews
Everything went well except the toilet situation. I had never used this type of toilet before and didn’t lock the door properly so of course it opened when left to its own devices. Perhaps very clear instructions with a warning of the door opening could be put up in a prominent position rather than the guard and I both being embarrassed!! Staff At Glasgow were especially helpful when I lost my ticket but had the confirmation and about a dozen other train tickets with me for which I had already paid.
