My Ticket was from CPT to East London, I was dropped in Queenstown in a taxi that took the longest route, inconsiderate of the estimated time 09h15 in east London. Furthermore the taxi dropped us in king Williams town and took another taxi to East London. I arrived at 12h00 for an event that started at 10am and I was a speaker. I'm deeply disappointed.

It was uncomfortable and risky because there was an old lady travelling with two kids. We had to stay for 50 minutes at the Taxi rank waiting for the Taxi to be full. It was indeed a terrible experience...
